On Saturday, February 7th, the boys wrestling team took home the team championship for Region 5D. Individual champions included Zach Strickland in the 120-pound weight class, Ben Proper in the 126-pound weight class, and Kraig Bolte in the 157-pound weight class. The team qualified 11 wrestlers for the State Tournament, held on February 20th and 21st.

On the girls’ mat, they took home two individual championships in the girls’ zone qualifier. Congratulations to Haley Turner for winning the 120-pound weight class and Caitlin Rankin for winning the 126-pound weight class!
